Tweed & Murwillumbah History
Murwillumbah's history is truely fascinating - full of ancientry and above all, hard work.

Murwillumbah Historical Society Inc.
The history of the Tweed Valley comes alive through memorabillia; photographs; newspapers; documents and domestic farm equipment. Aboriginal artefacts & geographical specimens; civilian and military radio equipment; items of World War I & II and Robey Steam Engine on display. All holdings have been generously donated by the public, family members, businesses and other organisations. 
Admission Charges: 
Adults $2; Children under 6 yrs. no charge if accompanied by parents; Primary Children $1; Secondary School Children $1.50; School Project Research - No Charge
Opening Hours: 10am-4pm, Every Wednesday, Friday and 4th Sunday of month or by appointment (excluding Public Holidays) 
Research Fees: 
Minimum Fee $12 plus photocopying 
Membership Fees: $7.50 per annum per person. 
Monthly Meetings: Held at the Museum 3rd Monday each Month, 7.30 pm. All members, new members and visitors welcome.
